Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Estimated Delivery Times

At this time, we only ship to the countries listed above.

Duties & Taxes

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Bon Bon Bird Toys is not responsible for these charges — they are your responsibility as the customer.

Order Tracking

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification including a tracking number. Please allow 48 hours for tracking information to become available.

If you haven't received your order within 25 days of your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at bb_birdtoys@bonbonbirdtoys.com with your name and order number and we will look into it for you.

P.O. Boxes

We are unable to guarantee delivery to P.O. Boxes. Please use a physical address when placing your order.

Refunds, Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery if the item is unused and in its original condition. We will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

If your order arrives damaged, please email us as soon as possible at bb_birdtoys@bonbonbirdtoys.com with your order number and a photo of the item's condition. We handle these on a case-by-case basis and will work toward a satisfactory solution.
