Shipping Rates
Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout. We ship to the following countries:

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, including VAT, which are applied once your shipment reaches its destination country. Bon Bon Bird Toys is not responsible for these charges. They are the responsibility of the customer.
Order Tracking
When your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 48 hours for tracking information to update. If you have not received your order within 30 days of your shipping confirmation, please contact us at bb_birdtoys@bonbonbirdtoys.com with your name and order number.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery on unused items in original condition. Refunds are issued for the item price minus return shipping costs.
If your order arrives damaged, please email bb_birdtoys@bonbonbirdtoys.com with your order number and a photo of the damage. We handle these on a case-by-case basis.

A good skateboard, my parrot is happy with it and immediately showed interest, but he wants to unscrew the wheels more.
The first day to ride by accidentally stepped on it and broke one of the wheels. Still today i cannot find the back wheel. I could have just vacuumed it up. What i like about it is that it has an emery board on top, my pet can dig their nails into it and sharpen them. They can still use the board but it does not have the extra wheel so they can just glide on it by pushing. I wish this was a little bit bigger but it will do for now.
Good size scooter for a parrot.
It's a top-notch scooter. It looks very sturdy. I hope my lovebird likes it. Good value for money. The top part is like lime.
