All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. You will receive an email notification when your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates
Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout. We ship to the following countries:
United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, Denmark, France, Germany, Netherlands, Norway, Sweden
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, including VAT, which are applied once your shipment reaches its destination country. Bon Bon Bird Toys is not responsible for these charges. They are the responsibility of the customer.
Order Tracking
When your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 48 hours for tracking information to update. If you have not received your order within 30 days of your shipping confirmation, please contact us at bb_birdtoys@bonbonbirdtoys.com with your name and order number.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery on unused items in original condition. Refunds are issued for the item price minus return shipping costs.
If your order arrives damaged, please email bb_birdtoys@bonbonbirdtoys.com with your order number and a photo of the damage. We handle these on a case-by-case basis.

A box with many little things to forage for. Perforated wood to make toys. I have made 2 trays and still have a lot of material left.
The product is fine, although my lovebirds were scared at first, they only bite the big ball there, they don't care about the rest. But that's up to them, the box is fine.
